When will my order be processed?

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3 to 5 business days from the order date.

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses in USA or China. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

Once the order is shipped, keep in mind that the delivery time is between 4 to 14 weeks.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 2-4 weeks for small size products and between 4 to 14 weeks for international furniture orders (depending on location). 

Please take into account that we produce all the pieces under demand  ensuring the quality of our products. Therefore, we thank you for your patience and comprenhesion on this matter. We want to enssure your unique piece. 

Please be aware that on occasion, orders may be held in customs for random inspections or vessel delays its departure , and the speed at which goods are cleared is solely dependent on these entities. In the event that this occurs with your order, Salaterra Deco will not be held responsible for delays in delivery times, which may result in exceeding the delivery times stated in our policies (corresponding to 5 business days for order processing plus 14 weeks from the date of shipment).

The customer must provide us with a correct and complete delivery address. In the event that this is not the case, we are not liable for attributable delays. In this case, if the transport company returns his order, the customer will not be able to cancel his order. The customer will have to provide us again a complete and valid address in which to receive their order.


Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

The 99% of our deliveries not have taxes in their final destination

NOTE : Regarding shipments to Brazil, buyers must provide us with their CPF in the shipping note, since the Brazilian customs returns all orders without CPF.

In the event that we are not provided with such information, we are not responsible for the order not being received, nor for the damages that could be caused.
