Shipping Policy
Order Processing
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3 to 5 business days from the order date. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. All orders are dispatched from our warehouses in the USA or China.
Please note that in most cases, category 2 products are manufactured on demand to ensure the quality of our products and to promote environmental sustainability.

These lead times are estimates based on the shipping channels and logistics partners we use. However, as these are international shipments, delays due to external factors such as customs or transportation availability may occasionally extend the timeframe to 14 weeks from the shipping date.
Customs and Taxes
The prices displayed on our website do not include taxes, which means you may be responsible for paying duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once the order reaches its final destination and are determined by your local customs office.
It is noteworthy that 99% of our deliveries do not incur taxes at their final destination. However, if you have had to pay any fee, please send the invoice to customerservice@salaterradeco.com, and we will reimburse the amount.
What if I receive a customs notification or a fee payment request? Please contact us by email at customerservice@salaterradeco.com Whatsapp with the information about the request, and we will take care of the management for you.
Please be aware that orders may occasionally be held at customs for random inspections or delays in the departure of ships, and the speed at which goods are released depends solely on these entities. In the event that this occurs, Salaterra Deco will not be responsible for delays in delivery times that may exceed our established periods (5 business days for order processing plus 14 weeks from the date of shipment).
Delivery Address
The customer must provide a correct and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for delays attributable if this is not complied with. If the transport company returns the order, the customer will not be able to cancel their order and will have to provide us again with a valid and complete address to receive their order. Any additional costs resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer will be payable by the customer.
Delivery
The order will be delivered to the curbside at the front of the residence. Salaterra will not be responsible for delivering inside the residence or for carrying items up stairs or elevators. Additionally, Salaterra will not unpack the merchandise nor cover any costs related to waste disposal. However, we can offer this service separately and provide a quote upon the customer’s request.
