Ontinyent Chair
Clean lines, a soft stripe. The Ontinyent Chair is compact and quietly original: an ash wood frame in a warm Golden Pecan tone, two sled feet, and a padded seat and back in striped jacquard.
Design Inspiration
Its name comes from Ontinyent, a Valencian town long known as the city of blankets for its textile mills, a weaving heritage echoed in this upholstered chair. The frame stands on two T-shaped sled feet joined by a central stretcher, and two upright back posts hold a flat rectangular backrest above an open gap, so the chair reads light from every side.
Key Features
- Materials: Ash wood frame, jacquard upholstery
- Colors: Golden Pecan; Striped Jacquard Fabric
- Dimensions: 45.5 x 46.5 x 74 cm; seat height 46.5 cm
- Base: Two T-shaped sled feet joined by a central stretcher
- Backrest: Rectangular padded panel set between two upright posts, with an open gap above the seat
- Fabric: Fine dark stripes on a cream ground, on both backrest and seat
Design and Manufacturing
Structure first, then comfort. Sled feet, stretcher and back posts give an open, legible construction; the padded seat and backrest add softness, and the fine stripes pick up the rich tone of the wood. An original shape that never gets loud.
Usage and Maintenance
Indoor use only. Brush or vacuum the fabric regularly. Avoid abrasive products, excessive moisture and strong sunlight. For stains, use professional upholstery cleaning. Wipe the wooden frame with a soft, dry cloth.
Versatility and Style
Perfect at a desk and perfect at the dining table, and easy to move between the two. In the morning it holds someone through emails and coffee; by evening it is back at the table with friends. Ontinyent: everyday dining, with a stripe of character.

They are glorious. Nice heavy feel. Sturdy made. When i opened boxed. They were a darker green. Thought it was a mistake. But they are luminous and
Color changes from darker to mid green. Only bought four sets. Will def buy more. I have a bamboo set that i bought from a different company. Would not have bought if i saw in person. The resin gives it strength and beauty. Drool worthy but must hide from my
Kids as they always take good
Stuff and dont return it. LOVE this
Company.
Absolutely stunning. Even prettier in person. Check
Measurements. Dinner plate more like
A larger side plate. But who cares because it
Is workable and so
Dang well made. Had one issue
With a plate. Sent an email. Received a reply and resolution not even ten minutes later. Looking forward to buying more in the future.
The team followed up after delivery to make sure everything arrived safely. The Camp de Mar Lamp is lovely and the quality is exactly as described.
The Dès Màrmols Lamp is now the first thing people notice when they come in. The ceramic base and fabric shade looks beautiful and the quality is evident.
What I wanted was a lamp that changed the mood of my living room in the evenings without harsh overhead light. The Bassa Lamp does exactly that. The light it produces is soft, warm, and flattering in a way that photographs simply do not convey. The marble base and rattan shade adds to this warmth. Delivery took around two weeks — the packaging was excellent. Not a mark on it. Salaterra clearly cares about how their products arrive.
I ordered the Catlar Lamp and got in touch with a question before delivery. The response was fast and genuinely helpful. When the lamp arrived, the team followed up to make sure everything was right — something I rarely experience. The lamp itself is beautiful: the ceramic and natural fiber shade is exactly as described and it looks stunning in my bedroom. It arrived in about two weeks, well packaged and not a mark on it. Highly recommend.
