Rapolano Tray
A soft checkerboard in natural stone. The Rapolano Tray combines yellow travertine and green jade in a checkered pattern, creating a small decorative piece with a calm, graphic presence.
Design Inspiration
Its name comes from Rapolano Terme, a spa town near Siena whose travertine quarries have supplied stone since the sixteenth century, a stone heritage echoed in the tray's beige squares.
The tray itself is a small square of stone, 12 cm to a side, set as a checkerboard of two materials: warm beige yellow travertine, with the fine pits that mark that stone, and pale green jade. The squares alternate across the shallow dished top and continue over the four sides, so the pattern reads from every angle.
Key Features
- Small square stone tray
- Materials: Yellow travertine (warm beige, pitted surface) and green jade (pale green)
- Checkerboard pattern in beige and green, continuing over the four sides
- Dimensions: Length 12 cm × Width 12 cm × Height 2 cm
Design and Manufacturing
Made from a combination of yellow travertine and green jade set in a checkerboard. The pitted texture of the travertine contrasts with the smoother green stone, so tone and pattern may vary from one tray to another.
Usage and Maintenance
Indoor use only. Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Wipe up spills such as perfume or cosmetics promptly. Avoid abrasive or acidic cleaners and prolonged moisture to preserve the natural stone.
Versatility and Style
Perfect for rings, earrings, incense or small treasures on a nightstand, vanity or shelf. Rapolano brings together travertine, green jade and a checkerboard that wraps every side — a tray created to keep small treasures in one place.

They are glorious. Nice heavy feel. Sturdy made. When i opened boxed. They were a darker green. Thought it was a mistake. But they are luminous and
Color changes from darker to mid green. Only bought four sets. Will def buy more. I have a bamboo set that i bought from a different company. Would not have bought if i saw in person. The resin gives it strength and beauty. Drool worthy but must hide from my
Kids as they always take good
Stuff and dont return it. LOVE this
Company.

A larger side plate. But who cares because it
Is workable and so
Dang well made. Had one issue
With a plate. Sent an email. Received a reply and resolution not even ten minutes later. Looking forward to buying more in the future.
The team followed up after delivery to make sure everything arrived safely. The Camp de Mar Lamp is lovely and the quality is exactly as described.
The Dès Màrmols Lamp is now the first thing people notice when they come in. The ceramic base and fabric shade looks beautiful and the quality is evident.
What I wanted was a lamp that changed the mood of my living room in the evenings without harsh overhead light. The Bassa Lamp does exactly that. The light it produces is soft, warm, and flattering in a way that photographs simply do not convey. The marble base and rattan shade adds to this warmth. Delivery took around two weeks — the packaging was excellent. Not a mark on it. Salaterra clearly cares about how their products arrive.
I ordered the Catlar Lamp and got in touch with a question before delivery. The response was fast and genuinely helpful. When the lamp arrived, the team followed up to make sure everything was right — something I rarely experience. The lamp itself is beautiful: the ceramic and natural fiber shade is exactly as described and it looks stunning in my bedroom. It arrived in about two weeks, well packaged and not a mark on it. Highly recommend.
