Lucena Armchair
A block of natural hide resting on two wooden rails. The Lucena Armchair is a medium-sized piece with a lot of character: low, deep and armless, upholstered in real hair-on cowhide, often called pony hair, on a solid ash wood base. It fits in any corner.
Design Inspiration
Its name comes from Lucena, a town in Spain's Córdoba province that is the main center of the region's furniture making, a craft reflected in this armchair. The piece is reduced to three elements: a deep seat block, a slightly reclined backrest block and a low base with an original shape.
Key Features
- Materials: Solid ash wood base, real hair-on cowhide upholstery
- Colors: Golden Pecan ash; Real hair-on cowhide in tan
- Dimensions: 57 cm width x 83 cm depth x 69.5 cm height
- Silhouette: Armless low lounge shape with a deep seat and reclined backrest
- Base: Two parallel ash runners with rounded ends, joined by a central support
- Upholstery: Natural hair-on cowhide with a brindle pattern of warm browns, cream and near-black, framed by fine cream piping
Design and Manufacturing
Designed around the contrast between wood and natural hide. The ash runners give a linear foundation; the cowhide adds a short, directional pile whose pattern changes from one surface to the next.
Usage and Maintenance
Indoor use only. Brush the hide gently in the direction of the hair with a soft, dry brush. Avoid abrasives, moisture and strong sunlight or heat; for stains, use professional leather cleaning. Wipe the base with a dry cloth.
Versatility and Style
For living rooms, reading corners and studios. Put two side by side to complete a lounge, or one alone where a book is waiting. Lucena is made for sitting low and slow.

Amazing product and the finishing is great. Teh delivery is very slow
They are glorious. Nice heavy feel. Sturdy made. When i opened boxed. They were a darker green. Thought it was a mistake. But they are luminous and
Color changes from darker to mid green. Only bought four sets. Will def buy more. I have a bamboo set that i bought from a different company. Would not have bought if i saw in person. The resin gives it strength and beauty. Drool worthy but must hide from my
Kids as they always take good
Stuff and dont return it. LOVE this
Company.
Absolutely stunning. Even prettier in person. Check
Measurements. Dinner plate more like
A larger side plate. But who cares because it
Is workable and so
Dang well made. Had one issue
With a plate. Sent an email. Received a reply and resolution not even ten minutes later. Looking forward to buying more in the future.
The team followed up after delivery to make sure everything arrived safely. The Camp de Mar Lamp is lovely and the quality is exactly as described.
The Dès Màrmols Lamp is now the first thing people notice when they come in. The ceramic base and fabric shade looks beautiful and the quality is evident.
What I wanted was a lamp that changed the mood of my living room in the evenings without harsh overhead light. The Bassa Lamp does exactly that. The light it produces is soft, warm, and flattering in a way that photographs simply do not convey. The marble base and rattan shade adds to this warmth. Delivery took around two weeks — the packaging was excellent. Not a mark on it. Salaterra clearly cares about how their products arrive.
I ordered the Catlar Lamp and got in touch with a question before delivery. The response was fast and genuinely helpful. When the lamp arrived, the team followed up to make sure everything was right — something I rarely experience. The lamp itself is beautiful: the ceramic and natural fiber shade is exactly as described and it looks stunning in my bedroom. It arrived in about two weeks, well packaged and not a mark on it. Highly recommend.
